I first met this gentle man at Fairfax Hospital while working as a 'Rent A Boss' for them. Bob and I hit it off, right away. There was Caarlos, the Spanish technician who made us eat his 'Fish Head Soup'...... Fairfax Hospital decided to close their O&P department so Bob and I sat in a little bar in Annapolis one evening and 2 things happened.... 1st, we decided to go into partnership and second, we got really, really drunk! Well, that was the beginning of our long friendship. I remember a blizard where I borrowed his small pickup truck to get home and then turn around the next morning and drive to his house to pick him up to go to work! I watched his kids grow up and now there is a Grandchild. Bob, you will be missed a lot. I hope that you are looking down on your family and smiling. You did a wonderful job down here on earth. My last thought, if there is a way to dive and enjoy it up there, I am sure your tanks will never run out of air. so have fun!! I love you man........ John Schulte
